Short Title

This Order may be cited as the Transfer of Military Films to NATO Order.

Authorization

s. 2

The Minister of National Defence is authorized to transfer, gratuitously, to NATO and to NATO and Commonwealth military forces, when he considers that the public interest would be best served, military technical, training and information films and film material, having a value estimated not to exceed $1,000.
